Thank you Verizon

I mentioned on Friday that I had looked at my Verizon statement online and saw 74 text messages that I was being charged for that I know I shouldn’t be. Well, I called Verizon customer service today at lunch. I talked to a very nice gentleman who corrected the situation in less than 10 minutes. He looked at my account and the text message details and agreed that I should NOT have been charged for those messages … that they should have been included in my allowance. So he credited my account the $7.40 that I had been charged. And I just checked my account online and see that the credit is already applied to that. Now THAT’S good customer service. Well’s Fargo could take a lesson from Verizon. I’m STILL waiting on the $10 that they owe me. If I don’t get it tomorrow, I’m gonna call. I should tell them to send their customer service people to the same school that Verizon does. Then maybe they’ll actually be helpful … :G-roflol:
